Darren Wright

Production Executive

Darren has recently joined the Anderson Group having previously been a regional Build Executive at Crest Nicholson.

He brings commercial and residential construction experience to the group, having worked on a diverse range of building projects throughout the country.

Starting his career as a Quantity Surveyor at Vat Watkins, he soon progressed on to Project Management with good organisational and cost control skills.

A strong construction leader, Darren has already established a very capable team, which is involved in a broad range of projects for various Design & Build clients.

Stuart Wilson

Technical Director

Has recently joined Anderson Group from St George where he spent six years working on large urban regeneration schemes in central London. A Chartered Builder from a Civil Engineering background, Stuart was previously with Mount Anvil (three years) and Willmott Dixon (six years), gaining broad industry experience in residential, industrial and commercial development from both Contractor and Developer perspectives.

Patricia Gillis, BSc, RICS

Group Partnership Director

Joined Anderson Group in 2006 to initiate and run strategic partnerships. She brings to the Group a wealth of knowledge from both the public and private sectors. Key focus areas are:
regeneration, brownfield mixed use projects, sustainable group initiatives with joint venture partners.

Tricia's previous experience includes Partnership Director roles at Durkan and Fairview New Homes. For nine years she was Head of Resource and Development with South Cambridgeshire District Council, heading up the regeneration and development of a new village. Tricia has also been a consult planning and development surveyor for Barton Willmore Partnership.

Marcus Clarke

Operations Director

Heads up Anderson Design & Build and has been with the Group since 2002. Having trained as a Quantity Surveyor in a family business whilst gaining his qualifications, he went on to running his own groundworks and building business for the next ten years. Marcus has worked as part of Anderson Group's Construction Commercial team and has also successfully managed a surfacing company, now amalgamated into Anderson's wider construction division.

Marcus's style, developed through his experiences as an independent businessman in the construction sector and honed with Anderson Group, is forward thinking and flexible with a strong sense of commercial awareness.

Hamid Alani, BSc Civil Eng (Hons)

Pre-Operations Manager

Hamid joined Anderson Design & Build in 2005, and brings over twenty years of experience in heavy civil engineering and residential & commercial developments. He has worked in the UK and overseas in a range of roles including Design Manager, Building Manager and Pre-Ops Manager for companies including Sole'Tranche/Impregilo, Alfred McAlpine, St George and Countryside Properties. This broad range of experience has given Hamid an expert understanding of the requirements and processes involved at all stages of the development cycle.
