technical proposal

Following a positive response to our Project Strategy Plan, a second document is prepared and submitted under Technical Proposal (TP).

Our TP will cover, in great detail, how the proposed scheme is going to be managed and delivered. It will cover, in particular, pre-operation and construction stages within an agreed time frame.

The TP document aims to give the client an understanding of matters relating to:

• Planning conditions

• Engineering and architectural issues

• Value engineering

• Cost certainty measures

• Design strategy and control

• Procurement strategy for both trades and materials

• Construction methodology covering all aspects of the construction process including handovers and sales & marketing strategy specific to the project
