design team appointment

Following the award of a contract, it is normal practice to assign a team to carry out the detailed design of the project based on consented planning design and related documents.

Anderson Design & Build is fortunate enough to have an array of resources available from which the best design team can be selected for each project undertaken.

The following terms of appointment are included within all consultant contracts:

• A design brief

• The time frame for delivery of both tender and construction information

• Scope of services to be provided and schedule of responsibilities

• Schedule and description of deliveries to be produced

• A statement identifying individual responsibilities and communication routes

• A statement confirming how change will be managed and how design will be controlled within stated cost parameters
